These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and fbu7 ("fbu7", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://fbu7.io ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

To access the full range of fbu7 services, you must create a player account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and the ongoing management of your account:

• Single Account: Each player is permitted to hold one active account on fbu7 at any given time. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. fbu7 is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
• Account Credentials: You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password for your fbu7 account and for keeping your login credentials strictly confidential. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• Non-Transferability: Your fbu7 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• Account Currency: All fbu7 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). You may not change your account currency after registration.

fbu7 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account approval is at fbu7's sole discretion and is subject to successful completion of identity verification procedures.

fbu7 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with responsible gaming standards and platform integrity requirements. All players are required to complete identity verification before making their first withdrawal and may be requested to do so at any earlier stage at fbu7's discretion.

The following documents may be required as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence displaying your full name, photograph, and date of birth.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. fbu7 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable prior notice.
• Processing Times: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited instantly or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. Card-based deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in your account balance.
• Deposit Fees: fbu7 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside fbu7's control.
• Own Funds Only: You must only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and may result in withdrawal restrictions pending investigation.
• No Credit Facility: fbu7 does not offer credit or loans to players. You may only wager funds that have been successfully deposited into your account balance.

fbu7 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any deposit transaction, particularly where the amount or pattern of deposits is unusual or inconsistent with your previous account activity. Deposits that cannot be verified may be returned to the originating payment method.

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause and subject to completion of the KYC verification process described in Clause 4.

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fbu7 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to network interruptions, device failures, or third-party payment provider errors that are outside fbu7's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by you in connection with placing bets or playing casino games, including all wagering outcomes.
